A 10 metri dal mare, toccando quasi con mano la verde Salina ed ammirando all'orizzonte la maestosa figura dello Stromboli e la piccola perla Panarea, si trova il "Complesso
Anfora" a circa Km 7 dal centro abitato di Lipari ed a 5 Km dalla popolosa frazione balneare di Canneto.
Acquacalda è una frazione che si estende interamente sulla spiaggia omonima, dominata dalla maestosa montagna bianca della pomice, le cui cave sono le uniche in Europa insieme a quella turca.
Le strutture che Acquacalda offre sono: 2 bar - ristoranti, 1 rosticceria – pizzeria da asporto, l’ufficio postale; la "Piazza" luogo di incontro e passeggio di residenti e turisti, mentre la spiaggia attrezzata dista 100 mt dal
complesso.
Il Residence è disposto su 2 piani più mansarda, in tutto 21 tra mono e bilocali, per un totale complessivo di
50 posti letto.
Particolare cura è stata data alla scelta dei materiali per le rifiniture, mirando principalmente al rispetto delle caratteristiche tecniche di costruzione locali.
Gli appartamenti, arredati con gusto e sobrietà, con mobili in legno in tinta pastello, sono dotati di angolo cottura con frigo, bagno con doccia, TV LCD, aria condizionata (nel bilo ci sono 2 condizionatori), cassaforte, balcone o terrazzino sul mare, e sono distribuiti in modo da garantire un facile accesso all’ampio solarium annesso alla struttura.

2) MONO B: monolocali standard - 2 pax - con letto matrimoniale,

3) FAMILY ROOM A: bilocale da 4 posti - al piano terra con camera
da letto matrimoniale e seconda camera con mobile-cucina e letto
matrimoniale, due bagni e terrazzo.

At 10 metres from the sea, almost touching hands with the green Salina
on the horizon and admiring the majestic figure of Stromboli and the
small pearl Panarea, you can find the "Complex Anfora"
approximately 7 km from the centre of Lipari and 5 km from populated
Canneto beach.
Acquacalda is a zone which lies on the same named beach, dominated by
the majestic mountains of white pumice, whose quarries are the only ones
in Europe together with the Turkish.
The structures that Acquacalda offers are: 2 bars - restaurants, one
catering – a pizza takeaway, a post office, and a "Piazza"
where walking residents and tourists can meet and, an equipped beach 100
metres from the complex.
The Residence is structured on 2 floors and an upper floor attic of
which 21 studios and two roomed apartments, for a total of 50 beds.
Particular attention has been given to the choice of materials for the
finish, aiming mainly to compliance with the specifications of local
building.
The apartments, furnished with taste and elegance, with wooden furniture
in pastel colours, are equipped with a kitchenette with refrigerator,
bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning (there are 2 conditioners in
the two roomed apartments), safety box, balcony or terrace on the sea,
and are distributed to ensure easy access to an extensive solarium
attached to the structure.

bathroom, with balcony or terrace overlooking a side view of the sea.
2) type B: standard studios for two - with a double bed, a kitchenette,
a bathroom, with balcony or terrace overlooking a front view of

floor with a double bedroom, a second room with a kitchen and a double
bed, two bathrooms and a terrace.
4) FAMILY ROOM B: two roomed apartments for four (+1), located on the
first floor with a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a kitchen, a
bathroom, and two balconies of which one is pamoramic, possibility of
and extra bed.
5) FAMILY ROOM A: three roomed apartments for four (+2), with 2 bedrooms
+ a living room kitchen with a sofa bed, two bathrooms, and a
large panoramic terrace, located on the ground floor.
The bus connections with the centre of Lipari are, in summer, very
frequent.

Acquacalda
ist eine Ortschaft, die sich entlang des gleichnamigen Strandes
entlangzieht. Überhalb befindet sich der beeindruckende weiße
Bimssteinberg, der einzige in Europa, zusammen mit den türkischen
Bimssteinvorkommnissen.
Acquacalda
bietet die folgenden Dienstleistungen an: 2 Bars/Restaurants, 1
Rosticceria (ähnlich wie ein Imbiss) unter anderem mit Pizza zum
Mitnehmen, ein kleines Postbüro, die typische „Piazza“, hier trifft
man einheimische Spaziergänger und Touristen und zu guter Letzt der
Strand, der ca. 100 mt vom Wohnkomplex entfernt liegt und an dem man
Sonnenschirme und Liegestühle mieten kann.
Die
Residenz ist auf zwei Stockwerke und einer Mansarde verteilt. Es gibt 21
Wohnungen (Einzimmer und Zweizimmer) und insgesamt 50 Betten.
Besonderen
Wert wurde auf die Ausstattung und die Dekoration gelegt, die
entsprechend der örtlichen Techniken und Konstruktionen ausgewählt
wurde.
Die
stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnungen, mit Holzmöbeln in Pastelltönen,
sind mit einer Kochnische mit Kühlschrank, Badezimmer mit Dusche, LCD
Fernseher, Klimaanlage (in den Zweizimmerwohnungen gibt es 2
Klimaanlagen), Safe, Balkon oder einer kleinen Terrasse zum Meer hin
ausgestattet. Durch die günstige Verteilung der Wohnungen, ist, die zur
Residenz gehörige Sonnenterrasse, von überall her gut erreichbar.
