It is composed of a double bedroom with an additional third bed in the same room, a small bathroom with shower (with a curtain) without bidet, stairs leading to the covered terrace equipped with table and chairs, the terrace has a kitchenette. Bus stop for the beaches and shops very close to the premises. 

    Einzimmerwohnung im ersten Stock, in einer typischen Gasse im Stadtzentrum von Lipari. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, einem kleinen Badezimmer mit Dusche ohne Bidet. Eine Treppe fuehrt auf die ueberdachte Terrasse, die mit Tisch und Stuehlen ausgestattet ist. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich eine Kochnische. Bushaltestellen um an den Strand zu fahren und Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Naehe.
