Complesso residenziale a circa 50 mt. dal mare di Acquacalda, ed a km 10 da Lipari centro. Il Complesso è costituito da 12 (dodici) appartamenti divisi in due costruzioni a piano terra e primo piano tutti L 4+2. Ogni appartamento è dotato di tv color e aria condizionata nella cucina soggiorno, cucina con forno e frigo con freezer. Ciascuno di essi è composto da: camera matrimoniale, camera con due letti, bagno con doccia (con tenda), cucina soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, terrazzi vivibili attrezzati con tavolo e sedie. L’ aria condizionata è obbligatoria nei mesi di luglio ed agosto, il supplemento richiesto è pari ad Euro 30,00 a settimana. N.B.: Si consiglia auto o scooter.

Residential complex at approx. 50 meters from the sea of Acquacalda, and 10 km from the main center of Lipari. The complex is composed of 12 (twelve) apartments divided in two buildings of which ground and first floors (L4+2).Every apartment is equipped of a colour tv, air conditioning in the living room, a kitchen with an oven and a fridge with a freezer. Each one of them are composed of: one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with a shower, living room kitchen with a doulble sofa bed, terraces equipped with table and chairs. Air conditioning is compulsory during July and August; the additional cost requested is Euro 30,00 per week. Please note: Car or scooter is recommended.

Wohnkomplex im Ort Acquacalda, ca. 50 mt vom Meer und ca. 10 km von Lipari Zentrum entfernt. Der Wohnkomplex besteht aus 12 (zwoelf) Wohnungen, die in zwei Gebaeuden verteilt sind, im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock, alle sind L 4+2. Alle Wohnungen sind mit Farbfernseher , Klimaanlage in der Wohnkueche, Kueche mit Backofen und Kuehlschrank mit Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Jede Wohnung ist wie folgt aufgeteilt: ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, Badezimmer mit Dusche (mit Duschvorhang), Wohnkueche mit einem Doppelschlasofa, bewohnbare Terrassen mit Tisch und Stuehlen. Die Klimaanlage ist in den Monaten Juli und August obligatorisch und kostet zusaetzlich 30,00 Euro pro Woche. Bitte beachten Sie: Wir empfehlen ein Auto oder Motorroller.
