Il Residence USTICA è composto da 7 nuovi ed eleganti appartamenti, che convergono in un'unica corte interna, nella quale vi è una vasca in pietra dove è possibile pulire le attrezzature per il mare. Dalla corte è possibile accedere in quasi tutti gli appartamenti così da poter ospitare anche più nuclei della stessa famiglia. Il Residence si trova in zona pedonale e dista 350 metri dalla piazza di Ustica, 300 metri dal capolinea degli autobus, 700 metri dal porto e a 60 metri dalla prima Pizzeria/Bar/Ristorante. 

L' appartamento BLU (L 4+2) è composto da: ampia cucina-soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, due camere da letto matrimoniali, bagno con doccia. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i confort, climatizzatore, ventilatori a soffitto, angolo cottura, frigo con congelatore, stoviglie in acciaio inox, biancheria da letto e da bagno, phon, cassetta di sicurezza, TV 26' HD con decoder Tv SAT e addolcitore d'acqua.

USTICA Residence consists of 7 new and elegant apartments, which converge into a single courtyard, where there is a stone basin where you can clean the equipment for the sea. From the courtyard you can access almost all the apartments so we can accommodate even more family groups. The Residence is located in the center and just 350 meters from Ustica plaza, 300 meters from the bus terminal, 700 meters from the harbor and 60 meters from the first Pizzeria / Bar / Restaurant.

The apartment BLU (L 4+2) is composed of a living room kitchen with a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The apartments are equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, ceiling fans, kitchenette, fridge and freezer, stainless steel kitchenware, bed linen and towels, hairdryer, safety box, 26' HD TV with satellite decoder and a water softener.

Das Residence Ustica besteht aus 7 neuen und eleganten Appartements, die alle in einen gemeinsamen Hof münden. Dort befindet sich ein Steinwaschbecken, wo man Tauchsportgeräte waschen kann. Vom Hof aus kann man fast alle Appartements erreichen, so können auch mehrere Parteien derselben Familie untergebracht werden. Das Residence befindet sich in einer Fußgängerzone und ist 350 m von der Piazza Ustica entfernt. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es 300 m, 700 m zum Hafen und 60 m zur ersten Pizzeria/ Bar / Restaurant.

Das Appartement Blu (4+2 Betten) besteht aus einer geräumigen Wohnküche mit Doppelbettschlafcouch, zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, Bad mit Dusche. Das Appartement verfügt über jeglichen Komfort: Klimaanlage, Deckenventilatoren, Kochecke, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Edelstahlbesteck, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Föhn, Safe, TV 26 HD mit Decoder TV SAT und Wasserenthärter.

- Hinterlegung einer unverzinslichen Kaution von 100,00 Euro

- Die Summe von 60,00 Euro als Umschlagszahlung für Strom, Wasser, Gas, Endreinigung, Klimaanlage, Transfer von und zum Hafen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
