street (one lane, two-way traffic, small cars only). The villa is divided into three independent apartments,
of which one is inhabited by the owners, with the entrance gate and
communal parking area.
Apt A (L4 +1).: An entrance with an equipped covered panoramic terrace, a
double bedroom, a living room kitchen area (refrigerator with a freezer)
with a single sofa bed and a colour TV, bathroom with shower (with curtain) and
a washing machine, Spiral staircase which leads to the main double
bedroom and access towards
two solarium terraces on the roof. Please note: Car or scooter is
recommended.

In

Lokalitaet Santa Margherita, einem Ort ca. 2 km vom Stadtzentrum von
Lipari entfernt. Eine Villa, die in drei Wohnungen unterteilt ist. Eine
Wohnung ist von den Hausbesitzern bewohnt, Hofeinfahrt und Parkplatz
werden mit ihnen geteilt. Die Wohnungen sind durch eine sehr enge und sehr
steile Nebenstrasse zu erreichen (die Strasse hat nur eine Fahrspur
ist aber aus beiden Richtungen befahrbar). Die Strasse ist nur fuer kleine
Autos geeignet. Ausstattung: Farbfernseher, Waschmaschine, Kuehlschrank
mir Gefrierfach, Duschen mit Duschvorhang.
Eingang
ueber eine ueberdachte Panoramaterrasse mit Tisch und Stuehlen, ein
Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, eine Wohnkueche mit einem
Einzel-Schlafsofa, Badezimmer mit Dusche, eine Wendeltreppe fuehrt in ein
Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und auf zwei nicht ueberdachten
Panoramaterrassen auf dem Dach.
