Appartamento situato nel centro storico di Lipari ed a pochi passi dalla Piazza di Marina Corta. Su tre livelli, cosi composto: 1° piano ampia cucina soggiorno con finestra e tv color; scala che conduce al 2° piano  dove c’è un’ampia camera matrimoniale con letto aggiunto e balcone, bagno completo con doccia e bidet; scala che conduce al 3° piano dove c’è una camera matrimoniale con letto aggiunto, bagno completo con piccola vasca e bidet; scala che conduce sul tetto dove è situato un piccolo terrazzo solarium con vista del mare e della via Garibaldi. Aria condizionata su richiesta (solo nella camera da letto al 3° piano) con un supplemento di Euro 35,00 a settimana. E’ possibile usufruire di ulteriori due posti letto (c’è il divano letto nella cucina soggiorno) con un supplemento del 10% a persona. Linea bus per le spiagge ed esercizi commerciali nelle immediate vicinanze.

Apartment in the main center of Lipari and very close to Marina Corta. With three levels, first floor: it is composed of a spacious living room kitchen with a colour tv and a window which overlooks the street; there's a stairway which leads to the second floor: spacious double bedroom with an additional single bed and a balcony, a bathroom with shower and bidet, there's a stairway which leads to the third floor: a double bedroom with an additional single bed, bathroom with a small bath tub and bidet; there's another stairway which leads to the solarium floor with a small terrace with a view of the sea and of Via Garibaldi. Air conditioning on request (just for the third floor bedroom) with a supplement of 35 Euro per week. It is also possible to accommodate extra two people (sofa bed in the living room kitchen) with a supplement of 10% per person. Bus stop for the beaches and shops very close to the premises.

Ferienwohnung im Stadtzentrum von Lipari und nur wenige Schritte von der Piazza Marina Corta entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Stockwerken: im erster Stock: grosse Wohnkueche mit einem Fenster und Farbfernseher, eine Treppe fuehrt in den zweiten Stock: hier befindet sich ein grosses Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett und einem Balkon, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bidet, eine Treppe fuehrt in den dritten Stock: hier befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, ein Badezimmer mit einer kleinen Badewanne und einem Bidet. Eine Treppe fuehrt auf das Dach, auf dem sich eine kleine Terrasse befindet. Von hier aus hat man Blick auf das Meer und auf die via Garibaldi. Klimaanlage (nur im Schlafzimmer im dritten Stock) auf Anfrage und einem Zuschlag von Euro 35,00 pro Woche. Auf Anfrage und einem Zuschlag von 10 % pro Person, koennen zwei weitere Schlafplaetze zur Verfuegung gestellt warden ( es gibt ein Schlafsofa in der Wohnkueche). Bushaltestellen um an den Strand zu fahren und Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Naehe.
