E' composto da una camera matrimoniale, soggiorno con letto matrimoniale   separato dal resto della zona giorno con un separè, cucina in muratura, TV color, bagno completo con box doccia, ampio terrazzo (una parte è coperta e l'altra è scoperta) ed attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e sdraio. Ventilatore a soffitto. Parcheggio privato per soli mezzi a due ruote. E' possibile aggiungere fino a tre letti con un supplemento del 10% a posto letto. 

Two-roomed independent ground floor apartment, situated in a panoramic area at about 600 meters from the historical center of Lipari. It is composed of one double bedroom, living room with a double bed separated from the rest of the area with a sliding curtain, a masonry kitchen, a colour TV, a bathroom with shower, terrace equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs. Ceiling fans. Private parking for scooters and motorbikes only. It is possible to add up to three additional beds  with a 10% supplement for each bed.

Zweizimmerwohnung im Erdgeschoss, in Panoramalage, ca. 600 mt vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Das Wohnzimmer ist durch ein Separé in eine Schlafzone und eine Wohnzone unterteilt. Küche in Mauerwerk, Farbfernseher, Badezimmer mit Duschbox und eine grosse Terrasse (auf der einen Seite überdacht und auf der anderen Seite nicht) mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestühlen.  Deckenventilator und ein  Parkplatz für Motorroller sind vorhanden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit bis zu drei Zustellbetten zu erfragen mit einem Aufschlag von 10% pro Schlafplatz.
