Tipica casa eoliana completamente ristrutturata e ben arredata, a circa 350 gradini (15 minuti) dal porto, in loc. Tonna, strutturata su diversi livelli e in posizione panoramica. E' composta da: al livello superiore, corpo principale con angolo cottura comunicante con il salotto/ pranzo (con eventuali 2 poltrone letto singole aggiunte con pagamento extra) , camera matrimoniale con bagno (con doccia, wc, lavabo) e 2 poltrone letto singole, terrazza patio attrezzata; lateralmente, camera indipendente con due letti (unibili), bagno esterno (wc+lavabo), terrazza solarium. Al livello inferiore: da una parte, camera doppia con terrazza e bagno esterno (con doccia, wc, lavabo), dall’altra camera matrimoniale con bagno esterno (wc+lavabo) e doccia esterna.Vietato fumare all'interno della casa. Non ci sono recinzioni o separazioni fisiche con i terreni confinanti, quindi non è possibile portare animali.Per l’uso dei 2 posti letto aggiunti in soggiorno (poltrone letto), oltre ai 10 previsti, supplemento del 10% a persona. Dotazioni: tv color, dvd, stereo,lavastoviglie, lavatrice,cucina elettrica 4 fuochi in vetroceramica.

 Typical Aeolian house completely renovated and well equipped, with about 350 steps (15 minutes) from the port, in loc. Tonna, structured on different levels and in a panoramic position. It is composed of: upper level, the main body with kitchenette area communicating with the living room / dining room (with 2 single sofa beds - additional supplement to pay), double bedroom with bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin) and 2 single sofa beds, equipped terrace; laterally, independent room with two adjoining beds, external bathroom (toilet + washbasin), solarium terrace. At the lower level: on one hand, a double room with terrace and outdoor bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin), on the other, bedroom with an external bathroom (toilet + washbasin), and an external shower. It is forbidden to smoke inside the house. There are no fences or other sorts of separations with the adjoining land, so it is not possible to bring pets. Possibility of two extra beds in the living room (sofa beds), if more than 10 people, a 10% supplement per person. 

  Ein typisch-eolianisches Haus, komplett renoviert und schön eingerichtet, ca 350 Treppenstufen (ca. 15 Minuten) vom Hafen entfernt, in der Lokalität Tonna. Das Haus ist auf mehrer Stockwerke verteilt und in einer Panoramaposition. Das Haus besteht aus: im oberen Stockwerk: Kochbereich (nicht bewohnbar) mit einem offenen Durchgang in ein Wohn – Esszimmer (eventuell mit 2 zusätzlichen Einzel-Schlafsofas mit einem Kostenzuschlag), ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und Badezimmer (mit Dusche, Wc und Waschbecken) und 2 Einzel-Schlafsofas, eine Hofterrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen; auf der Seite: ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben werden können,  ein externes Badezimmer (Wc + Waschbecken), Sonnenterrasse. Im unteren Stockwerk: auf der einen Seite: ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, Terrasse und einem externen Badezimmer (mit Dusche, Wc und Waschbecken), auf der anderen Seite: ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem externen Badezimmer (Wc + Waschbecken) und einer externen Dusche. Rauchverbot im ganzen Haus. Da es keine Gartenzäune oder sonstige Abtrennungen zu den Nachbarbereichen gibt, ist es nicht möglich Haustiere mitzubringen. Für die zusätzlichen 2 Schlafplätze im Wohn-Esszimmer (Einzelschlafsofas), ist ein Zuschlag von 10 % pro Person vorgesehen.

A 300,00 €  (for more than 5 people), €. 200,00 (up to 4 people), security deposit will be required;

Cleaning fees and house delivery charges are 100,00 € (for more than 5 people), €. 50,00 (up to 4 people),
