E’ possibile aggiungere un posto letto in un divano situato nell’ingresso con un supplemento del 10%.  L’appartamento è dotato di TV color, ventilatori, frigo con freezer, lavatrice. Linea bus per le spiagge ed esercizi commerciali nelle immediate vicinanze.

First floor apartment situated in the historical center of Lipari. It is composed of three double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bidet and a bath with shower but no bidet. It is possible to add one extra person on a sofa bed located in the entrance with a 10% supplement. The apartment is equipped with color TV's,, fans, a fridge with a freezer, a washing machine. Bus stop for the beaches and shops very close to the premises.

Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock, im Stadtzentrum von Lipari. Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern mit je einem Doppelbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten, Kueche, ein Badezimmer mit Duschbox und Bidet und ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche, aber ohne Bidet. Auf Anfrage und einem Zuschlag von 10% kann ein weiterer Schlafplatz auf einem Sofa zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ausstattung: Farbfernseher, Ventilatoren, Kuehlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine. Bushaltestellen um an den Strand zu fahren und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

· la biancheria da letto, da tavolo e da bagno che il cliente dovrà portare personalmente;
· la somma di €. 150,00 a titolo di deposito cauzionale infruttifero;
· le spese consegna casa e pulizie finali che sono €. 100,00

 - bed linen, table linen and bath towels, which clients are required to bring personally;
