Casa grande nel centro storico di Lipari. E' composta da due camere matrimoniali, due camere singole, cucina abitabile, grande soggiorno e un bagno con box doccia. Piccolo lavatoio con lavatrice e wc supplementare. Terrazzino attrezzato con tavolo e sedie. Linea bus per le spiagge ed esercizi commerciali nelle immediate vicinanze. E' possibile aggiungere due letti (divano letto matrimoniale nella cucina) con un supplemento del 10% a posto letto. 

Spacious home in the main centre of Lipari. It is composed of two double bedrooms, two single rooms, independent kitchen, spacious living room area and a bathroom with a shower. Small wash house with a washing-machine and an additional toilet. Small terrace equipped with table and chairs. Bus stop for the beaches and shops very close to the premises. It is possible to add two additional beds (double sofa bed in the kitchen) on request with a 10% supplement per bed.

  Grosses Haus im Stadtzentrum von Lipari. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit je einem Doppelbett, zwei Einzelbettzimmern, einer großen Küche, einem großen Wohnzimmer und einem Badezimmer mit Duschbox. Es gibt einen kleinen Waschraum mit einer Waschmaschine und einem zusätzlichen Wc. Kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stuehlen. Bushaltestellen um an den Strand zu fahren und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es besteht die Möglichkeit zwei weitere Betten zu nutzen (ein Doppel-Schlafsofa in der Küche) mit einem Zuschlag von 10% pro Schlafplatz.

Sono esclusi e dunque a carico del cliente:
· la biancheria da letto, da tavolo e da bagno che il cliente dovrà portare personalmente;
· la somma di €. 200,00 a titolo di deposito cauzionale infruttifero;
· le spese consegna casa e pulizie finali che sono €. 60,00

Costs for water, electricity and gas are included in the rental price.
Other services and charges not included involve:

 - bed linen, table linen and bath towels, which clients are required to bring personally;
A 200,00 €  security deposit will be required;

Cleaning fees and house delivery charges are 60,00 €

Im Mietpreis sind Wasser, Strom und Gas inbegriffen. 

Nicht im Preis inbegriffen sind: 

 -Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Tischdecke und Geschirrtücher, die der Kunde selbst mitbringen muss;
€ 200,00 für die Kaution;
