Appartamento al piano terra situato nella frazione di Canneto a poche decine di metri dalla spiaggia. E’ composto da cucina soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, bagno completo con doccia e bidet, piccola camera con letto matrimoniale. Aria condizionata (ci sono due climatizzatori). Ventole a soffitto. Al terzo piano con accesso da una scala comune e da una scala a chiocciola esterna è a disposizione degli ospiti una parte di solarium attrezzato di tavolo e sedie, con doccia supplementare esterna. Il solarium è di passaggio per la terrazza riservata all'apt. Christopher B.

Ground floor apartment situated in the town of Canneto very close to the beach. It is composed of a living room kitchen with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and bidet, a small room with a double bed. Air conditioning (there are two air conditioners). Ceiling fans. On the third floor with access from the main stairs and through a spiral external staircase, there is available for the guests a solarium terrace equipped with table and chairs, with an additional external shower. Crossing throughout the solarium terrace is also reserved to the guests booked at the apt. Christopher B.

Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, im Ort Canneto, wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Wohnkueche mit einem Doppelschlafsofa, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bidet und einem kleinen Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Es sind zwei Klimaanlagen und Deckenventilatoren vorhanden. Im dritten Stock befindet sich eine Dachterrasse, die mit Tisch und Stuehlen ausgestattet ist und auf der sich eine zusaetzliche externe Dusche befindet. Die Terrasse erreicht man ueber eine interne Treppe und eine externe Wendeltreppe. Ueber die Dachterrasse gelangen die Gaeste der Ferienwohnung Christopher B zu ihrer privaten Terrasse.
