Appartamento al primo piano situato nella frazione di Canneto a poche decine di metri dalla spiaggia. E’ composto da soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e balcone che si affaccia sulla piazza, bagno completo con doccia e bidet, camera con due divani letto singoli, camera con letto matrimoniale con piccolo bagno interno e completo con doccia e bidet, cucina separata. Aria condizionata (ci sono tre climatizzatori). Ventole a soffitto. Al terzo piano: terrazzo panoramico coperto attrezzato con tavolo e sedie con accesso da scala interna comune e da scala a chiocciola esterna. 

First floor apartment situated in the town of Canneto very close to the beach. It is composed of a living room with sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the plaza, a bathroom with shower and bidet, a bedroom with two single sofa beds, a double bedroom with a small bathroom with shower and bidet, separate kitchen. Air conditioning (there are three air conditioners). Ceiling fans. On the third floor: covered terrace with table and chairs with access from the stairs and through a spiral external staircase.

Wohnung im ersten Stock, im Ort Canneto, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelschlafsofa und einem Balkon, der auf die "Piazza" sieht, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bidet, einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelschlafsofas, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem kleinen,internen Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bidet, Kueche. Es sind drei Klimaanlagen und Deckenventilatoren vorhanden. Im dritten Stock befindet sich eine ueberdachte Panoramaterrasse, die mit Tisch und Stuehlen ausgestattet ist. Die Terrasse ist ueber eine interne Treppe und eine externe Wendeltreppe erreichbar.
