Il terrazzo è attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e sdraio. Dotazioni: lavatrice, lavastoviglie,TV color.

Gracious villa on two levels surrounded by nature and located in a quiet and panoramic position at about 800 meters from the historical center of Lipari. It is composed of a double bedroom, an adjoining room room with a double sofa bed overlooking the panoramic terrace, a masonry kitchen, a bathroom with a tub and bidet. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, color TV.

Schoene Villa auf zwei Stockwerken, im Gruenen, in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einem herrlichen Panorama. Sie liegt ca. 800 mt vom Stadtzentrum von Lipari entfernt. Ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein Durchgangszimmer mit einem Doppelschlafsofa (beide Zimmer haben Zugang auf die Panoramaterrasse), Kueche in Mauerwerk, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Bidet. Die Terrasse ist mit Tisch, Stuehlen und Sonnenliegen ausgestattet. Ausstattung: Waschmaschine, Geschirrspuelmaschine, Farbfernseher.

Sono esclusi e dunque a carico del cliente:
· la biancheria da letto, da tavolo e da bagno che il cliente dovrà portare personalmente;
· la somma di €. 200,00 a titolo di deposito cauzionale infruttifero;
· le spese consegna casa e pulizie finali che sono €. 60,00

Costs for water, electricity and gas are included in the rental price.
Other services and charges not included involve:

 - bed linen, table linen and bath towels, which clients are required to bring personally;
A 200,00 €  security deposit will be required;

Cleaning fees and house delivery charges are 60,00 €
