New villa apartment at 500 mt. from the center of Lipari in a quiet area. It is composed of two spacious double bedrooms with an extra bed added in each room, one double bedroom,  one twin bedded room and a spacious independent kitchen with a ceiling fan. Two bathrooms of which one with a bath tub and one with shower. Spacious covered terrace surrounding the premises  with table and chairs, a small wash-house on the terrace. Equipments: fans (one in each bedroom), colour tv, electric iron and ironing-board and a hair dryer.

Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei großen Schlafzimmern mit je einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben werden können, Küche mit Deckenventilator.

Zwei Badezimmer, eins mir Badewanne und eins mit Dusche. Grosse überdachte Terrasse um das ganze Haus herum mit Tisch und Stühlen. Externes Waschbecken auf der Terrasse.

Ausgestattet mit:Jeweils ein Ventilator in jedem Schlafzimmer, Farbfernseher, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Föhn.
