E' composto da cucina soggiorno di passaggio con divano letto matrimoniale e camino, camera matrimoniale spaziosa con finestra luce comunicante con una seconda camera da letto con piccola finestra e due lettini unibili. Bagno completo con doccia in muratura e bidet. Dispone di ampio terrazzo panoramico attrezzato e coperto, con vista sulle Isole di Alicudi e Filicudi.

Dotazioni: cucina 4 fuochi, forno. Aria condizionata nella cucina soggiorno, su richiesta con un supplemento di Euro 35,00 settimanali.

Typical ground floor Aeolian house, in the town of Pollara, 700 meters from the beach and 10 km from Santa Marina. The house has its access via a path of steps. It is composed of a living room kitchen with a double sofa bed and a fireplace, spacious master bedroom with a window communicating with a second bedroom with a small window and two adjoining beds. A bathroom with shower and bidet. It has a large equipped and covered panoramic terrace overlooking the islands of Alicudi and Filicudi.

Amenties: 4 burner stove kitchen with oven. Air conditioning in the living room kitchen on request with a supplement of Euro 35.00 per week.

Typisch eolianische Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss, im Ort Pollara, ca. 700 mt vom Strand und ca. 10 km von der Ortschaft Santa Marina entfernt. Das Haus ist über einen Weg mit Stufen zu erreichen. Es besteht aus einer Durchgangs-Wohnküche mit einem Doppelschlafsofa und einem Kamin, einem großen Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Lichtfenster. Von diesem Schlafzimmer gelangt man in ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben werden können und einem kleinen Fenster. Badezimmer mit gemauerter Dusche und Bidet. Grosse überdachte Panoramaterrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und Blick auf Alicudi und Filicudi.

Ausstattung: 4 Herdplatten, Backofen. Klimaanlage in der Wohnküche auf Anfrage und einem Zuschlag von 35,00 Euro pro Woche.
