Ground floor studio apartment in the main centre of Lipari. It is composed of two adjoining single beds, kitchenette, bathroom with a shower and a colour TV. Air conditioning on request with a supplement of Euro  30,00 per week. It is possible to add two additional single beds with a 10% supplement for each bed. Bus stop for the beaches and shops very close to the premises.
 

 

Einzimmerwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit einer integrierten Galerie im Stadtzentrum von Lipari. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben werden können, einer Kochnische und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Farbfernseher vorhanden. Klimaanlage auf Anfrage und einem Zuschlag von 30,00 Euro pro Woche. Es besteht die Möglichkeit zwei Zustellbetten (auf der Galerie, können nicht zusammengeschoben werden) zu erfragen mit einem Aufschlag von 10% pro Schlafplatz. Bushaltestellen um an den Strand zu fahren und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

· la biancheria da letto, da tavolo e da bagno che il cliente dovrà portare personalmente;
· la somma di €. 100,00 a titolo di deposito cauzionale infruttifero;
· le spese consegna casa e pulizie finali che sono €. 30,00

Costs for water, electricity and gas are included in the rental price.
Other services and charges not included involve:

 - bed linen, table linen and bath towels, which clients are required to bring personally;
A 100,00 €  security deposit will be required;

Cleaning fees and house delivery charges are 30,00 €

Im Mietpreis sind Wasser, Strom und Gas inbegriffen. 

Nicht im Preis inbegriffen sind: 

 -Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Tischdecke und Geschirrtücher, die der Kunde selbst mitbringen muss;
