E' possibile aggiungere un letto (nella veranda) con un supplemento del 15%.

It is composed of a double bedroom, bathroom with a shower and bidet, veranda with a kitchenette equipped with table and chairs. colour tv and a washing machine. Air conditioning on request with a supplement of 30,00 Euro per week. Shops very close to the premises. Additional bed on request (in the veranda) with a 15% supplement.

Einzimmerwohnung im ersten Stock, ca. 50 mt vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer  mit einem Doppelbett, einem Badezimmer mit Duschbox und Bidet und einer Veranda mit einer Kochnische und mit Tisch und Stühlen. Farbfernseher und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.   Es besteht die Möglichkeit ein Zustellbett (in der Veranda) zu erfragen mit einem Aufschlag von 15%. Klimaanlage auf Anfrage und einem Zuschlag von 30,00 Euro pro Woche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

· le spese consegna casa e pulizie finali che sono €. 25,00

Other services and charges not included involve:

 - bed linen, table linen and bath towels, which clients are required to bring personally;
A 100,00 €  security deposit will be required;

Cleaning fees and house delivery charges are 25,00 €
