Con arredamento raffinato ed accurato nei dettagli, la villa è composta da un ampio soggiorno con divano letto singolo, cucina, camera matrimoniale con terzo letto. Camera singola con letto alla francese, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. La villa dispone di ampi terrazzi panoramici, terrazzo solarium supplementare attrezzato di sdraio e sedie, doccia supplementare esterna. Stradina privata di circa 20 metri che conduce alla spiaggia sottostante. Possibilità di ormeggio presso pontili privati a pagamento. Sono comprese nel prezzo della locazione, due ore di pulizie bisettimanali da concordare direttamente in loco. Le pulizie finali e consegna casa sono da pagare a parte.

Spacious villa in Aeolian style very close to the beach and a few hundred metres from the harbour.Well furnished and with an accurate design, the villa is composed of a spacious living room area with a single sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom with an extra bed added. One single bedroom, one double bedroom with a bathroom with shower.The villa has spacious panoramic terraces, an additional solarium terrace with table and chairs, additional external shower. Private access of about 20 metres to the sea. Mooring possibility. Two hours of cleaning, twice a week are included in the rental price and to be arranged directly on the premises. Final cleaning fees and house delivery are to be paid separately.

Grosse Villa im aeolianischen Stil in der Nähe vom Strand „Levante“ und nur ein paar hundert Meter vom Hafen entfernt. Sehr schön und gepflegt eingerichtet. Die Villa besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit einem Einzel-Schlafsofa, Küche, Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett. Ein Einzelzimmer mit einem französischen Schlafsofa, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Villa ist von großen Panorama-Terrassen umgeben, zusätzliche Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestuhl und Stühlen, zusätzliche externe Dusche. Kleine private Strasse, ca. 20 mt lang, die zum Strand führt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit eine Anlegestelle für ein Boot zu erfragen. Im Mietpreis ist eine 2-stuendige Reinigung der Wohnung (alle zwei Wochen) inbegriffen, die vor Ort vereinbart wird. Die Endreinigung und die Hausübergabe sind extra zu bezahlen.
