Second floor apartment in the main center of Lipari near the harbour of Sottomonastero. It is composed of one double bedroom, bathroom with a shower, separate kitchen with view of the harbour. Small living room area, a stairway which conduces to a partially covered panoramic terrace with table and chairs, laundry with a washing-machine and colour TV. Bus stop for the beaches and shops very close to the premises.

Appartement im zweiten Stock im Zentrum von Lipari, nur wenige Schritte vom Hafen „Sottomonastero“ entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Küche mit Blick auf den Hafen. Im kleinen Wohnzimmer führt eine interne Treppe auf die Panoramaterrasse. Die Terrasse ist teilweise überdacht und ist mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet. Ebenfalls vorhanden ist ein Waschraum mit einer Waschmaschine und ein Farbfernseher.
