Eine große überdachte Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen auf der Südseite und eine weitere Terrasse auf der Nordseite. Sono esclusi e dunque a carico del cliente:
· la biancheria da letto, da tavolo e da bagno che il cliente dovrà portare personalmente;
· la somma di €. 200,00 a titolo di deposito cauzionale infruttifero;
· le spese consegna casa e pulizie finali che sono €. 50,00

 - bed linen, table linen and bath towels, which clients are required to bring personally;
