It is composed of a double room with a colour TV, a living room kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bidet and a small terrace with table and chairs,  an additional external kitchenette, a washing machine and a wash basin. Air conditioning on request with a supplement of Euro 30.00 per week. Possibility of additional bed with a 10% supplement. Bus stop for the beaches and shops very close to the premises.

Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Wohnkomplexes, ca. 150 mt vom Stadtzentrum von Lipari entfernt.Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Farbfernseher, einer Wohnkueche, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bidet. Es gibt eine kleinen Terrasse mit Tisch und Stuehlen, auf der sich eine zusaetzliche Kochnische, eine Waschmaschine und ein grosses Waschbecken befinden. Klimaanlage auf Anfrage und einem Zuschlag von 30,00 Euro pro Woche. Auf Anfrage und einem Zuschlag von 10% kann ein weiteres Bett zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Bushaltestellen um an den Strand zu fahren und Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
