On the ground floor, we have "Oasis A",and has an independent access through the garden with a large equipped terrace with table and chairs, stone table with a barbecue area. The apartment is composed of four double bedrooms with windows, a kitchen with an oven, two bathrooms with shower and a window, a store room with a laundry area. 

Eine grosse Villa mit Garten, auf zwei Stockwerken verteilt, bestehend aus zwei Wohnungen, in einer sehr ruhigen Gengend, ca. 1 km vom Hafen und ca. 600 mt von den beruehmten schwarzen Straenden entfernt.
