It is composed of one double bedroom, a living room area with two single beds (joinable) and a single sofa bed, kitchen with a balcony, bathroom with a shower, ceiling fans (in the kitchen and in the double bedroom) and a colour tv. Air conditioning in the living room, free of charge for consumption up to 30 kw per week. If the electricity consumption is over 30 kw, an additional cost of 50 Eurocents per kw will be calculated on the premises.  Shops very close to the premises.

Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, deren Gebrauch waehrend des Aufenthaltes bis 30 kw im Preis inbegriffen ist.
