Aria condizionata (due climatizzatori uno nella camera da letto e uno nel soggiorno) gratuita fino a 50 kw a settimana. Se il consumo supera i 50 kw verrà conteggiato in loco un supplemento pari ad Euro 0,50 per ogni kw in eccesso.  Esercizi commerciali nelle immediate vicinanze.

Second floor apartment completely restored at approx 100 mt from the sea. It is composed of one double bedroom with an additional single bed, a living room area with two single beds (joinable), kitchenette in the veranda equipped with table and chairs, bathroom with a shower, a colour tv. Air conditioning (two air conditioners of which one in the double bedroom and one in the living room) free of charge for consumption up to 50 kw per week. If the electricity consumption is over 50 kw, an additional cost of 50 Eurocents per kw will be calculated on the premises. Shops very close to the premises.

Renoviertes Appartement im zweiten Stock, ca. 100 mt vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, einem Wohnzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (die zusammengeschoben werden koennen), Kochnische in der Veranda, ausgestattet mit Tisch und Stühlen, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Farbfernseher. Im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer gibt es je eine Klimaanlage, deren Gebrauch waehrend des Aufenthaltes bis 50 kw im Preis inbegriffen ist. Werden die 50 kw ueberschritten, wird fuer jedes weitere verbrauchte kw Euro 0,50 berechnet.. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
