E' composta da camera matrimoniale con piccolo bagno completo, camera/pranzo con tre letti, cucina abitabile con porta sul terrazzo, terrazzo patio attrezzato. Dotazioni: cucina 4 fuochi + forno, frigo con freezer, tv color.

Comfortable, simple independent house at 100 mt from the sea of Scari and about 400 mt from the port. It is composted of a small double bedroom with a small bathroom, a dining room with three beds, a kitchen with a door on the terrace, equipped terrace. Amenties: 4 burner stove + oven, fridge with freezer, colour tv. 

Sehr einfaches, aber gemütliches Haus, nur 100 mt vom Meer von Scari und ca. 400 mt vom Hafen entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem kleinen Badezimmer, einem Esszimmer mit drei Betten, Küche mit Tür auf die Terrasse, Hofterrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen.
