Appartamento di antica edificazione situato nella frazione di Canneto a circa 150 mt dal mare.  Sviluppato su due piani è così composto: al piano terra soggiorno,  cucina abitabile, piccolo bagno completo con doccia e bidet. Dalla cucina si accede al giardinetto con piccolo terrazzino coperto da tettoia ed attrezzato con tavolo e sedie.  Al primo piano ci sono le camere da letto, in tutto sono quattro (due camere matrimoniali e due camere ognuna con tre letti singoli di cui due si possono unire) e due piccoli bagni con doccia. Possibilità di due letti aggiunti (c’è un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno) con un supplemento del 10% a posto letto. Esercizi commerciali nelle immediate vicinanze.

Spacious antique apartment with two levels at Canneto, at approx. 150 mt from Canneto beach. The ground floor is composed of a living room, a spacius kitchen and a little bathroom with shower and bidet. The kitchen leads to a garden with a small covered terrace and equipped with table and chairs. The first floor is composed of 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 2 rooms with three single beds) and two little bathrooms with a shower. It is also possible to accommodate extra two people (sofa bed in the living room) with a supplement of 10% per person. Shops very close to the premises.

Grosse Wohnung im Ort Canneto, ca. 150 mt vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich auf zwei Stockwerken: im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Wohnzimmer, eine grosse Kueche und ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bidet. Von der Kueche aus gelangt man in den kleinen Garten und auf eine kleine ueberdachte Terrasse mit Tisch und Stuehlen. Im ersten Stock befinden sich vier Schlafzimmer (2 Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und 2 Zimmer mit je drei Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben werden koennen) und zwei kleine Badezimmer mit Dusche. Auf Anfrage und einem Zuschlag von 10% pro Person, koennen zwei weitere Schlafplaetze zur Verfuegung gestellt werden (auf einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
