E’ composta da due camere con tre letti, una camera doppia con bagnetto (senza doccia e acqua calda, con finestrino alto) cucina abitabile, bagno esterno piccolo ma completo, patio attrezzato panoramico. Scala esterna per terrazzo sul tetto scoperto panoramicissimo. Dotazioni: asse e ferro da stiro, tv (con poca visibilità), lavatrice,cucina 4 fuochi con forno, frigo+freezer.

 Ancient Aeolian house partially renovated, with adjoining rooms and doors on the terrace, at a few meters from the port and the sea. It is composed of two rooms with three beds, one double bedroom with a small bathroom (no shower and hot water, with window above) kitchen, small external bathroom but complete, equipped panoramic terrace. External staircase which leads to the panoramic solarium roof terrace. Facilities: iron and ironing board, TV (with poor reception), washing machine, kitchen with 4 fires and oven, fridge with freezer.

  Antikes eolianisches Haus, teilweise renoviert, mit Durchgangszimmern und Türen, die auf die Terrasse führen, nur wenige Meter vom Hafen und vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit je drei Betten, einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten und einem kleinen Badezimmer (ohne Dusche und Warmwasser, mit einem kleinen Fenster), große Küche, externes kleines Badezimmer, ein Hof mit Tisch und Stühlen und Panorama. Eine externe Treppe führt auf das Dach mit einem wunderbaren Panorama. Ausstattung: Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Fernseher (schlechter Empfang), Waschmaschine, Herd mit 4 Kochstellen und Backofen, Kühlschrank + Gefrierfach.
