Complesso residenziale di case ed appartamenti situato vicino la spiaggia di Canneto, ed a pochi metri dal mare. Le unità abitative sono arredate con particolare buon gusto, dotate di conforts quali TV color, angolo cottura e servizi, godono di terrazzi o balconi e di una splendida vista sul mare. E' possibile usufruire del transfert gratuito per l'arrivo e per la partenza da prenotare (previa telefonata) dal porto di partenza prima di giungere sull'isola.

Tipologia:

Il complesso è formato da sette appartamenti:

• monolocale al primo piano composto da letto  matrimoniale, angolo cottura, bagno completo con box doccia e bidet, balcone e terrazzo panoramico;

• monolocale "Giovani" al piano terra composto da soggiorno con angolo cottura e due letti singoli unibili, bagno completo con box doccia e bidet, scala a chiocciola che conduce su un soppalco (che si affaccia sul soggiorno) dove sono situati tre letti singoli,  terrazzo in comune;

• bilocale al piano terra composto da angolo cottura e letto a castello nello stesso ambiente, camera matrimoniale, bagno completo con box doccia e bidet, terrazzo in comune. Possibilità di aggiungere un letto (nella camera matrimoniale) con un supplemento del 10%; 

• bilocale al piano terra composto da due camere matrimoniali di cui una con letto aggiunto, angolo cottura separato, bagno completo con box doccia e bidet, terrazzo comune; 

• trilocale al primo piano composto da due camere matrimoniali con letto aggiunto, cucina soggiorno, bagno completo con box doccia e bidet, terrazzo e balcone;

• trilocale piano terra composto da due camere matrimoniali con letto aggiunto, cucina soggiorno, bagno completo con box doccia e bidet e terrazzo in comune;

• trilocale "Giovani" al piano terra composto da camera matrimoniale con letto aggiunto, scala a chiocciola che conduce ad una camera  mansardata dove sono situati tre letti singoli, bagno completo con box doccia e bidet, cucina indipendente e terrazzino.

Residential complex of holiday houses and apartments overlooking the suggestive bay of Canneto and only few metres from the beach, well styled and with all modern conforts like colour TV, kitchenettes, and other services, terraces and balconies with a marvellous view over the sea. It is possible to have a transfer, free of charge, upon arrivals and departures to be booked (by phone) from the departing harbour before the arrival on the island.

The complex is composed of seven apartments: 

• first floor studio apartment with one double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and bidet, balcony and a panoramic terrace; 

• ground floor "youth" studio apartment composed of a living room with a kitchenette and two single adjoining beds, bathroom with shower and bidet, spiral staircase which leads to a loft (that looks toward the living room) with three single beds,  a shared terrace; 

• ground floor two roomed apartment composed of one double bedroom, a bunk bed room with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and bidet and a shared terrace.Additional bed on request (in the double bedroom) with a 10% supplement; 

• ground floor two roomed apartment composed of two double bedrooms of which one with a third bed, separate kitchenette, bathroom with shower and bidet and a shared terrace; 

• first floor three roomed apartment composed of two double bedrooms with an additional single bed in each room, living room kitchen, bathroom with shower and bidet, terrace and balcony; 

• ground floor three roomed apartment composed of two double bedrooms with an additional bed in each room, living room kitchen, bathroom with shower and bidet, and a shared terrace; 

• ground floor three roomed "youth" apartment composed of one double bedroom with an additional bed, spiral staircase which leads to a attic with three single beds, bathroom with shower and bidet, separate kitchen and a small terrace.

Wohnkomplex mit Häusern und Appartements in der Nähe vom Strand von Canneto und nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön eingerichtet und mit folgenden Komforts ausgestattet: Farbfernseher, Kochnische und Bäder, mit Terrassen oder Balkonen und einem herrlichen Meerblick. Es ist möglich den kostenlosen Shuttlebus-Service für die Ankunft und Abreise (vom Hafen zur Wohnung und zurück) in Anspruch zu nehmen. Er muss telefonisch, vor der Ankunft auf der Insel, reserviert werden.

Beschreibungen:

Der Komplex besteht aus sieben Appartements: 

• Einzimmerwohnung im ersten Stock, bestehend aus einem Doppelbett, einer Kochnische, Badezimmer mit Duschbox und Bidet, Balkon und Panoramaterrasse 

• Einzimmerwohnung “Giovani” im Erdgeschoss, bestehend aus einem Wohnraum mit einer Kochnische und zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben werden können, einem Badezimmer mit Duschbox und Bidet. Eine Wendeltreppe führt auf die integrierte Galerie, auf der sich drei Einzelbetten befinden. Terrasse wird geteilt.

• Zweizimmerwohnung im Erdgeschoss, bestehend aus einem Raum mit einer Kochnische und einem Stockbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Badezimmer mit Duschbox und Bidet. Terrasse wird geteilt.  Es besteht die Möglichkeit ein Zustellbett (im Schlafzimmer) zu erfragen mit einem Aufschlag von 10%.

• Zweizimmerwohnung im Erdgeschoss, bestehend aus einem Schlafzimmern mit einem Doppelbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, einer separaten Kochnische und einem Badezimmer mit Duschbox und Bidet. Terrasse wird geteilt.

• Dreizimmerwohnung im ersten Stock, bestehend aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit je einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, einer Wohnküche, Badezimmer mit Duschbox und Bidet und einer Terrasse und einem Balkon.

• Dreizimmerwohnung im Erdgeschoss, bestehend aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit je einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, einer Wohnküche und einem Badezimmer mit Duschbox und Bidet. Terrasse wird geteilt.

• Dreizimmerwohnung “Giovani” im Erdgeschoss, bestehend aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Eine Wendeltreppe führt auf eine Mansarde mit einem Zimmer, in dem sich drei Einzelbetten befinden, Badezimmer mit Duschbox und Bidet, separate Küche und kleine Terrasse.
