La Villa dei sogni è situata nella località di Pianoconte, zona tranquilla a circa 4 km dal centro storico di Lipari. In tipico stile Eoliano, con arredamento raffinato e curato nei dettagli, la villa dispone di terrazzi e spazi esterni attrezzati e, solarium sul tetto con vista panoramica. La villa è composta da tre eleganti appartamenti, un trilocale da 4 posti letto (appartamento A) un bilocale da 2 posti letto (appartamento B) ed un monolocale da 2 posti letto (appartamento C).

Appartamento A (L 4) con ingresso dal terrazzo indipendente, attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, è composto da due camere matrimoniali di cui una ha il bagno interno completo con doccia e bidet ed aeratore, cucina in muratura e bagno completo con doccia e bidet.

Dotazioni: Aria condizionata (uno in ogni camera da letto ed uno nella cucina), Tv color (uno in ogni camera da letto ed uno nella cucina), lavastoviglie,  cucina 4 fuochi, frigo con freezer, posto auto. N.B.: Si consiglia auto o scooter.

The "Villa dei Sogni" is located in the town of Pianoconte, a quiet area at about 4 km from the hystorical center of Lipari. In a typical Aeolian style, with the finest finishing and carefully furnished, the villa has terraces, outdoor spaces and a roof terrace with panoramic views. The villa is composed of three elegant apartments:  a three-roomed apartment which sleeps sleeps 4 (apartment A), one bedroom apartment which sleeps 2 (apartment B ) and a studio apartment which sleeps 2 (Apartment C ). 

Apartment A (L4) with its entrance from the private terrace, equipped with table and chairs, has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bidet with aerator, a kitchen and bathroom with shower and bidet. 

Facilities: Air-conditioning (one in each bedroom and in the kitchen), colour TV (one in each bedroom and in the kitchen), dishwasher, kitchen with four fires, fridge with freezer, car park. Please note: Car or scooter is recommended.

Die "Villa dei Sogni" liegt im Ort Pianoconte, in einer ruhigen Gegend, ca. 4 km vom Stadtzentrum von Lipari entfernt. Die Villa wurde in einem typisch eolianischen Stil gebaut, ist sehr schoen eingerichtet, verfuegt ueber Terrassen, grosse Aussenbereiche und Garten, die mit Tisch und Stuehlen ausgestattet sind. Des Weiteren gibt es eine Dachterrasse mit einem herrlichen Panorama. Die Villa besteht aus drei elegant-eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen: einer Dreizimmerwohnung mit 4 Schlafplaetzen (Apartment A), einer Zweizimmerwohnung mit 2 Schlafplaetzen (Apartment B) und einer Einzimmerwohnung mit 2 Schlafplaetzen (Apartment C).

Apartment A (L 4) verfuegt ueber einen eigenen Eingang ueber die Terrasse, die mit Tisch und Stuehlen ausgestattet ist. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit je einem Doppelbett. Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer hat ein internes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Bidet und einer Belueftungsanlage. Kueche in Mauerwerk, ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bidet.

Ausstattung: Klimaanlagen (in jedem Schlafzimmer und in der Kueche), Farbfernseher (in jedem Schlafzimmer und in der Kueche), Spuelmaschine, 4 Herdplatten, Kuehlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Parkplatz. Bitte beachten Sie: Wir empfehlen ein Auto oder Motorroller.

 - bed linen, table linen and bath towels, which clients are required to bring personally (it is possible to rent bed linen, towels and table linen at a cost of 15 Euro per person per week);
A 200,00 € security deposit will be required;

Cleaning fees and house delivery charges are 50,00 €

Nicht im Preis inbegriffen sind: 

 -Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Tischdecke und Geschirrtücher, die der Kunde selbst mitbringen muss (man kann die Bettwaesche, Handtuecher und Kuechentuecher fuer Euro 15,00 pro Person pro Woche mieten);
€ 200,00 für die Kaution;

€ 50,00 für die Endreinigung und Hausübergabe.
