N.B.: Si consiglia auto o scooter.

Independent panoramic villa in a residential area 4,5 km from Lipari. With spacious panoramic terraces, a surrounding garden and tree-lined court-yard. It is composed of two double bedrooms with an additional single bed in each room, a twin bedroom, a bunk bedroom,  two bathrooms with shower and bidet, panoramic terrace equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs, mansory kitchen, barbecue area, a colour tv, a washing-machine  and a car port. Please note: Car or scooter is recommended.

Villa mit einem herrlichen Panorama in einer bewohnten Zone, ca. 4,5 km von Lipari-Zentrum entfernt. Die Villa ist umgeben von großen Panorama-Terrassen und einem Hof mit Bäumen. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit je einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Stockbett, zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bidet, eine große Panoramaterrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestühlen, Kueche in Mauerwerk, Grillecke, Farbfernseher, Waschmaschine und Parkplatz. Bitte beachten Sie: Wir empfehlen ein Auto oder Motorroller.

Sono esclusi e dunque a carico del cliente:
· la biancheria da letto, da tavolo e da bagno che il cliente dovrà portare personalmente;
· la somma di €. 200,00 a titolo di deposito cauzionale infruttifero;
· le spese consegna casa e pulizie finali che sono €. 60,00

Other services and charges not included involve:

 - bed linen, table linen and bath towels, which clients are required to bring personally;
A 200,00 €  security deposit will be required;

Cleaning fees and house delivery charges are 60,00 €
